Six of the chorus were lucky enough to attend a day of singing with Amersham Acappella; the chorus who won the gold medal at the national contests last year. As a result of this they have been invited to represent the UK to compete in an international barbershop convention in Denver, USA at the end of July.
As part of their fundraising effort, they held a singing day where singers from across the country met to sing one of their new songs: "Dance the Night Away" from the film Barbie. We were lucky enough to get 6 places for this wonderful day.
It was truly inspirational day and we were singing and dancing all the way home!
